Returning
At superschoenen.nl it is of course possible to exchange or return your order (provided that your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception). This can be done within 14 days after receipt of your complete order. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. Please use the return form which you can receive by sending an email to support@superschoenen.nl.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited for the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to superschoenen.nl.
We will then credit the order amount due within 14 days, including any shipping costs paid upon receipt of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order. Only the direct costs for the return shipment are for the customer. You must include a completed return form which you can receive from us by sending an email to support@superschoenen.nl.

Which products cannot be returned?
- Products made according to customer specifications
- Hygienic products or products with a health risk where the seal is broken
- Audio and video recordings and computer software with broken seals
- Products with a limited shelf life
- Newspapers, magazines or journals
- Contracts concluded during a public auction
- Digital content such as Apps, where consumers have expressly waived their cooling-off period
- Services such as vacation accommodation, goods transport, car rental, catering or leisure.
- Goods or services subject to fluctuations in the financial markets
- Goods which after delivery are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other goods
- The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the conclusion of a consumer purchase, but whose delivery can only take place after thirty days, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control.
- Services under certain circumstances.
If we receive the above items in return, we will not process these returns. In addition, if we send this item back to you, you are also responsible for the shipping costs.
